Christmas Cheer :)

It was one freezing night and the house was cozy and warm. It was the night before Christmas and the excitement was overbearing. Kids snug in the their bed trying to wait for Santa to come eat mother's famous chocolate chip cookies made by her famous helpers. Of course her helpers were Johnny and Kinsey, her children. They were trying to keep their pretty blue eyes open, yet it wasn't quite working. When the kids were finally asleep in their beds, their parents stuffed there stocking full of little gifts and joys for Johnny and Kinsey. Also they crammed all the precious treasure and presents under the tree. When they finished putting out the gift for the children and when the other wasn't looked slipped a few secret present for one another under the tree. After awhile they sit and eat those cookies the kids had sat out for Santa.

The next morning the parents were awakened by the sound of screaming children jumping on the bed yelling, "Hurry its Christmas!" Everyone rushed and piled into the living room and open the gift. Everybody was overjoyed with the presents they had received. But mom had only gotten one gift. Dad smiled and took from out of his pocket a box. Mom happen to notice and gasp. Dad opened the box and said, "Merry Christmas Honey!" The gift was a brand new diamond ring, and she loved it. The Christmas was everyone enjoyed.

Free Friday :)

Today is Free Friday! You might be thinking what is Free Friday? Well today is a day where you can write about any topic that you chose. Well I'm going to tell you a little bit about my NEW job. I work at United. :) I started on Wednesday. I'm a sacker, and although I've barely started and haven't been overly work yet, I LOVE IT!! I mean some people really have problems doing a job that they don't enjoy, but I don't have that problem. All I do is greet and talk to people, which is something I can't stop myself from and put people's groceries in bags. Oh also I have to carry them and unload them in the car. Now if it rains I have to stick it out and just do my job. But who doesn't love the rain? I hope I keep my job because I enjoy it!

Is Banning of halloween costumes wrong?

The banning of Halloween is wrong, but it defiantly is fair. One kid ruining something for everyone. Its Halloween and it's supposed to a time of fun and costumes, but where is the fun without the costumes. Can the school really ban the costumes? Yes, they have every right to do it if it is distracting or in any way disturbing others from learning. I feel that it was a really harsh way for all the kids to be let down like they were. But the kid that started the whole thing doesn't feel like it was a serious matter. He doesn't believe that Hitler is a very serious matter. Someone should show the kid who and how this has effected everyone. I believe that the school should let him know how it impacted the school also. And i think that the school should let costumes back into their Halloween at school.

Invisibility ...

Would it be great to have an invisible cloak, that you could choose when others could see you? I personally think that it would make life become filled with more drama than it already does. For example, if your average, young girl is 2 faced to her friends and her friend suspects her of it, then you have her friend find out the truth about it by using her invisible cloak. The explosion of hatred feelings irrupt. I'm not saying that being 2 faced is right, but this example would be a disadvantage of the cloaks. On the other hand you could sneak up on someone and scare them so bad with these cloaks. It would be hilarious. So there is a good side to invisibility. If i had an invisible cloak i would scare my family silly in little pranks that make them think their minds are losing it. :) I think it would be cool, but also cause some major problems.

My memories :)

Memories are a part of someone's life that makes it more you! Okay if you don't understand, i'll help you. My memories allow me to be myself, or show my feelings through what i've done. My most cherished memory is about the funniest Christmas party ever! I was 13 and your average kid, but my family isn't your normal family. My family is full of drama. So what makes this Christmas so special, well this Christmas i had my WHOLE family there. Not just my parents, brothers, and I there. It was more like a family reunion. We all preformed little skits and sang songs. Now your thinking what makes it your best? Everyone performing dressed up. I mean can you just imagine a 32 year old woman in a 6 year old's pagent dress that is WAY too short. Yes, that's my mom for you, acting younger than she really is. :) Wait that isn't it, my dad had sweats on, with pillows and blankets stuffed down his pants, and singing a funny song about an angel be stuck up on a tree all Christmas. But the main thing that made it my best memory to me was that my nanna was there. She is now bout to turn 88 this march. I'm just so glad she got to see the whole family there altogether one before its too late. I love my Nanna! And hopefully that won't be her last one with us all there.

No Bonfire :(

A bonfire has always been a tradition that we have always looked forward to. Although now the bonfire won't happen as scheduled because of the law recently passed. What can take place of that tradition that created so much excitement? I think that we should start something different and brand new! For example how excited would you be if your school hosted a powder puff tournament. Where girls in and around your local school could come face each other in a game of powder puff football. It could be set up by age and size. It could be exciting for the seniors to take the lead knowing they're the best when they work together as a team, or the Awesome Sophmores could show them who could step up and win. :) This is just an idea, but i just want people to realise that just because tradition can't be continued doesn't mean a NEW tradition can't begin!
