Thursday's journal

You must know that today is the 7th anniversary of 9-11. Some remember their exact movements, thoughts, and surroundings. To me it is just a big blurr. I remember being in Mrs. McKee's third grade glass. The teacher from across the hall knocks at the door. Being in the third grade you don't really think about how serious the matter was, but the teachers didn't have to say anything for the kids to know what emotions went on inside of them. Teachers then began to whisper about the things happening. The weren't excited. You could see the depressed look on the their faces. It hurt a lot of people, and some are still hurting. Loved ones lost, children, mothers, fathers, and the one that our own nation cherishes the most gone forever, but will never be forgotten. Terrorism CAN happen its apart of the dangers some face more than others. Just remember that whatever you are it could happen to you. Be aware and remember those that were lost!
